Terms and Conditions
Some Odd Pages Book Arts & Bindery provides bespoke bookbinding, book repairs, limited editions, artist editions, unique volumes, hand bound leather sketchbooks and journals for the artist, writer, traveller and book lover.
STOCK: Every book is produced individually and as such each item is unique, this is part of the charm. Hand made items will naturally contain slight variations. If you require a good match with any of our items or materials, we strongly suggest ordering complete quantities at the same time as there can be variations from batch to batch. We are happy to provide swatches and/or materials samples as may be available.
The majority of our items are made to order and delivery will be dependent upon current stock of materials. We provide approximate lead times at time of order. If you require items urgently please enquire as to current availability or lead time BEFORE proceeding to check-out.
IMAGES: Images on the website should be used for guidance only. Computer monitor settings and resolutions may effect colour display and/or perception. We cannot accept any responsibility for variations to colours, as computers, monitors, mobiles and internet specifications can affect how colours are displayed.
PRICES: Prices are indicated for each product online but please CONTACT if you’d like a specific quote for commission work, limited or artist editions. Discounts may be made for larger quantities.
PAYMENTS: Online payments are made using PayPal, credit card, cheque or BACS transfer. Payment is required before goods or services can be provided or despatched. VAT is included but packaging and postage will be added as appropriate except where specified otherwise. Any import taxes / duties are the responsibility of the purchaser.
SHIPPING: Goods are despatched via either couriers or Royal Mail depending upon which is most cost effective for your parcel weight and destination.
RETURNS: Returns are accepted IF items are returned to us and in the same condition as sent. Customers should CONTACT the studio to obtain a RETURN AUTHORISATION BEFORE returning goods. We can only provide a refund on AUTHORISED RETURNS. The customer is responsible for any return postage costs and for ensuring the goods arrive at the studio.
PRESS: Should you like to feature us in an article or blog we would be delighted, and would be pleased to send any information or images you need. Where available, goods can be lent out for magazine shoots but must be returned to us at your cost and in the same condition as sent.
Some Odd Pages Book Arts & Bindery accepts no responsibility for items belonging to any client left at the studio. All client volumes and any related materials are the sole responsibility of the client. Any risk relating to these items remains with the client.
